In 2004 our company obtained Quality Management System certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, and later the 9001:2008 standard, through the certifying authority Certiquality (Certificate no. 7475) with a view to improving customer satisfaction.
For this purpose, all quality-related aspects need to be examined, planned and kept under constant control, operating rules and methods defined for the organisation of transport means, processes and staff, and all related activities handled effectively and efficiently.
